Hotel Forum - Pompei

Staff made special efforts for our son.

It is nestled in the centre of the town, around 4-6 minutes away by foot from Pompeii. 200 metres are distance to a restaurant.

The hotel was delightful and the staff friendly. The close proximity to Pompei ruins a bonus.

The gardens created a serene atmosphere. The location was nice, but navigating the entrance was a little tricky. An enjoyable experience.

Excellent room, great buffet breakfast - very friendly, helpful and attentive staff. I would go again. If the ash cloud keeps me in Italy, I will try to go there again.

Cut to the chase, here's my take

A hidden gem just steps from the Pompeii ruins! The good lemon garden provides a serene escape, while the friendly staff goes above and beyond, arranged private guides for us. Dining on freshly prepared meals in this oasis was a highlight, though some rooms could use an update. A perfect stop for history lovers.

Poor bathroom

The staff were very helpful and friendly. They sorted a great trip for us up Mount Vesuvius with a local tour company who picked us up outside the hotel and also discounted entrance tickets - very cost effective and convenient compared to other options The hotel has a great location right opposite the Pompeii site entrance and is just a few minutes walk from the train station. Also this hotel had the best breakfast of the three hotels we stayed in during our holiday - very important if you are wandering for hours through ruins or climbing volcanoes!

Dated room decor needs refurbishment!!! Air conditioning issues. Navigation to the hotel entrance can confuse first-time visitors!!! Limited electrical outlets in rooms could be a hassle for tech-savvy travelers!!!

The staff are all very friendly and make you feel welcome. The grounds and building are very well cared for and appealing to the eye. The hotel exudes a pleasant, relaxing atmosphere and the rooms are tastefully decorated with very comfortable beds. Breakfast is well presented and everything offered and served is fresh and delicious. The hotel is conveniently located across the street from one of the main entrances to the roman city of Pompeii excavations, I look forward to returning to enjoy future visits there...

Fantastic stay in a beautiful setting.

Great location for touring the Pompeii ruins (just across the street!). The staff is super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and large (we had a quad--family with two children). Great value for the money.

Our breakfast was extensive with a macchiato rather than the filter coffee and fresh fruit, as for instance. The beds were comfortable, the room was a nice size. The location was convenient and handy for walking around Pompeii👌
